Terms & Refund Policy

These terms apply to purchases from NATHANIEL ADS LLC through nathanielhughes.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

What we offer

• Co-Op Flights: a shared Connected TV flight for 4 non-competing local businesses in the same zip code, using the Official Hosted 3D Mascot. Each seat receives a spot of up to 60 seconds.
• Solo Flights: a dedicated 14-day or 30-day Connected TV flight with a custom 3D mascot, with ads up to 90 seconds per narrative review. Solo Flights include the 6-month or 12-month service plan you select at checkout, confirmed in writing before your campaign begins.
• Standalone Mascot Asset: a custom 3D mascot with no campaign attached.

Co-Op flight boards

• A board has 4 seats. All 4 businesses must be in the same zip code and may not compete with one another. Only one business from each business category group may join a board.
• The board's 72-hour clock starts when its first seat is claimed and stops when all 4 seats are filled.
• We may decline or remove a seat, with a full refund, if a business's category or information is inaccurate or would create a conflict on the board.

Refund policy

• Board does not fill: if a Co-Op board does not fill all 4 seats within 72 hours, every seat holder receives a 100% refund to their original payment method through Stripe. Refunds begin after the 72 hours end, and your bank may take several business days to show the credit.
• After a flight launches: once a board is filled and the flight has launched, the flight fee is non-refundable.
• Mascots: because every mascot is custom-built, the mascot price is non-refundable once building begins. If we are unable to deliver your mascot, we will refund the mascot price. Ownership and delivery are governed by the Mascot Ambassador Purchase & Ownership Transfer Agreement we send you.

Mascot ownership

Ownership of a custom mascot transfers only as stated in the signed agreement. The Official Hosted 3D Mascot and Hosted Voice are licensed for broadcast only, remain our property, and do not transfer.

Your content

You confirm that you have the right to provide and use the business information, names, logos, and reviews you give us. We may decline or edit content that is inaccurate, unlawful, or not suitable for broadcast.

No guarantee of results

We deliver the creative work and campaign described at checkout. We do not guarantee sales, leads, or any specific advertising results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
