• Direct inquiries: your email address and the message you send.
• Technical data: basic information such as your IP address, collected by our web host when you visit or submit a form.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe's use of your information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

How we use your information

• To process and fulfill your order, build your mascot, and run your campaign.
• To contact you about your order, your agreement, and your service.
• To respond to inquiries and to keep our records.
• To place you on a Co-Op flight board with other local businesses. If you claim a Co-Op seat, your business name and business category may be shown on the shareable flight board for your zip code.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers we use to run the business (such as our website host, payment processor, email, and the advertising and streaming platforms needed to deliver your campaign), and when the law requires it.

Reviews and public business information

We use the public Google review or profile link you give us to create your commercial. This information is already public and is used only for your campaign.

Retention and security

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet business and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information by contacting us through the Direct Executive Inquiry form on our site. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy and will post the new date at the top of this page.
